The Lagos State Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC) Obafaiye Shem on Channels TV last week, it was indeed hilarious.... see the video #shakingMy HeadForMyCountry.

Ofcourse, if we can not trust our uniform men, who do we trust.... I can never imagine a State Commandant stating his organisation's website as www.nscdc what's that? Anyway, if you care to know the correct website of Civil Defence Corp, its  www.nscdc.gov.ng
